The above prices are for a maximum of 10 people, it is possible to accommodate more using foldable beds there will be a charge for each additional person. Preference will be given to 2 week ( or more ) bookings.
The above prices are per week and is inclusive of all gas, water, electricity and includes bed linen. Please note we do not supply towels.
All prices are in pounds sterling. Change over day is Saturday. Guests can have access to the house from 4pm on the day of arrival and must vacate the house by 10am on their day of departure.
In low season an extra charge may be made for heating.
A deposit of 25% will confirm your booking when received along with your booking form. The 25% deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-book the holiday. You may want to take out insurance against cancellation.
The remaining balance must be paid 12 weeks before the start of your holiday. Along with the balance a £200 security deposit is payable, this will be returned to you within 10 days of your departure notwithstanding any damage. Please read our term and conditions. |
