Traveling can often be stressful especially with young children, Rousselie Haute is conveniently located allowing a good choice of travel options. A rough guide is if you arrive around 8am in Calais you should arrive here around 6pm even after allowing for stops. A lot of our guests choose to make a stopover on the way down, some prefer to travel at night.
Don't forget that sometimes it can be cheaper to fly and hire a car than it is to drive after allowing for toll charges, fuel costs etc. If you are hiring a car a diesel will save you money in fuel costs.
